Our conferences are held at destination locations like Disney resorts and cruises, allowing you to earn CEUs while spending quality time with your family.

Are your conferences approved for AANA continuing education credits?

Yes! Our conferences are approved for AANA Class A CE credits. CEUs vary by event, typically ranging from 12 to 22 Class A CEUs, and we handle the submission of credits to AANA for you.

Do I have to book my travel and accommodations through Southern Anesthesia Seminars?

Yes. For our Disney Cruise Conferences, all travel must be booked through Southern Anesthesia Seminars. This is the only way we can secure conference space, and attendees who do not book through us will not be eligible to attend the conference.

For Walt Disney World Conferences, you are welcome to book your own accommodations, but we recommend booking through us to take advantage of exclusive group rates and added convenience.

Can I bring my family along to the conference?

Absolutely! Our conferences are family-centered events, designed so you can earn CEUs while enjoying time with your loved ones. Sessions are scheduled to give you plenty of free time to explore, relax, and make memories.

What happens if I need to cancel my cruise?

For Disney Cruise Conferences, we follow the Disney Cruise Line™ cancellation policy for travel refunds defined in Disney Cruise Line™ Terms and Conditions. If I cancel my cruise, will my Southern Anesthesia Seminars conference registration fee be refunded?

The Southern Anesthesia Seminars conference registration fee is fully refundable if canceled at least 90 days prior to the conference. If you cancel within 90 days, your registration fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another available conference at a later date.

What is included in the conference registration fee?

Access to all conference sessions with AANA-approved Class A CE lectures

How do I access my CEU certificate after the conference?

After the conference, you will receive your CEU certificate once you complete the required AANA assessment online.

Once the assessment is completed, we will upload your CEUs directly to the AANA on your behalf. Instructions for completing the assessment and accessing your certificate will be provided at the conference.
